Children's Policy: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Booking Fees: Reasonable booking fees and surcharges may be applied to offset the charges raised by the online box office service and secure banking provider.

Refund Policy: Once purchased, tickets are not transferable and cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. In certain circumstances it may be possible to refund the cost of your tickets if, for some reason, you are unable to attend an event that is sold out and there is a waiting list for tickets. No refunds will be considered within the last 7 days prior to an event.

Data Protection: It is understood that we are only able to process payments and issue tickets with your consent to use your personal information. At the time of booking, we will record contact details to be able to send tickets and enable communication in the event of cancellation. In accordance with the Data Protection regulations, your details will not be shared with any third parties. Filming and Recording: Video filming and audio recording by members of the public is not permitted except by authorised persons with prior consent.
